The cocktail ring look is best saved for weekend wear, or nightlife (as they are a bit excessive for a professional, corporate environment in This Online Shopper's opinion). Cocktail rings have a risk of looking tacky (think on their worst day, home shopping network, or on their best day Real Housewives of New Jersey), but when made beautifully and styled appropriately they can be utterly fabulous.
